EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Vivolicious strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. See terms below.
It is important to us that you get the right size and fit with our apparel. We put great effort into providing you with a Size Guide, and in addition we provide Size Advice in every product description. Please make sure you read the Size Guide and Size Advice to ensure you get the best fit possible.
A client can, within 14 days of receipt of product, request to swap an item for another size. We are happy to exchange products that are returned to us unused, in its original re-sellable condition, with the labels still attached.
To initiate the exchange process email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and exchange request.
We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of product that you wish to return the product. All items must be unused, in original condition, and with labels still attached.
We offer store credit vouchers or bank deposits minus processing costs for returns.
Once the returns have reached us, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund or store credit initiated. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items bought on sale are not eligible for a refund, only for a store credit.
Store credits will be sent immediately via email and cash refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on the banking institutions.

We take great care to provide you with an easy and pleasant online shopping experience. A great deal of efforts goes into providing you with as much as possible product information. Please make sure that you are happy that you are making an informed buying decision when going through with the transaction. If you have any questions we are available between 9:30am and 4:30pm - please call the number on the homepage. In the event that between paying for the transaction and us shipping the product(s) you decide you no longer wish to commit to the purchase a store credit will be issued. To initiate the cancellation process email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and cancellation reason. We will email you the store credit voucher.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Every effort is make to ensure that you receive neither faulty nor damaged goods. At the time of dispatch the items are individually inspected before being packed. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement. In the event that we do not have a suitable replacement a store credit or bank deposit refund will be provided. To initiate the faulty item process email us at email@example.com with your order number and description of the fault/damage.
Once you have emailed us to request the return/exchange, we will be in touch via email, to agree with you which return option will be most convenient for you.

Shopping hours are Monday’s to Fridays 9:00am to 5pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 2pm.
Please note, items bought at sale price, or as part of a special promotion, will incur a return processing fee, depending on the return option chosen above and depending on the area of the return address. The same applies for items to be returned because it is not exactly what you had in mind, or to be swopped for a different colour or style.
